One of the best places to go, never had bad customer service, wonderful people to work around your schedule as well. Quick service, honest management, and good management. The few problems our family has had in the 20 years was always taken care of perfectly from mistakes, and they keep an excellent staff! No hard feelings, but if you don't do well as a mechanic they definitely don't keep you around.
Would like to rate this a 6. I prefer small businesses for my needs. I can not speak highly enough of Mr. Tom. Honest, fast and open on Saturday til noon. If I am ever in the area again and need of car care I will be returning there and only there.
