Great Pizza and prices! Sauce is very flavorful! Awesome tossed salad! $7 Bud Light pitchers. Friendly service. We have eaten here twice since being in town for a week. Highly recommend!
Found a raw chicken leg on my plate half way through dinner... Yes a raw chicken leg stewing at the bottom of my plate. I didn't order chicken. Had to bring it to their attention, leave, and won't be coming back here. I hope I don't get sick!
My wife and I came to town last minute for a little romantic getaway. We stopped in for dinner, hoping to have some pasta, drinks and back to the hotel for some romance! We ate 1/4 of our food and our now in bed bloated, with gas and are not feeling to sexy. I don't want to throw them under the bus. Our server was nice. Recommend maybe keeping it simple with pizza. Don't go with the pasta dishes...
Stayed in Luray for a weekend. We came across this place not expecting anything extraordinary and we were very pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly, fast, and helpful. We ordered a pizza and it was the best I've had in ages. Chewy yet crisp crust, bright fresh sauce and toppings. Can't say enough nice things. The place was simple but clean. We got our food fast. I'll come back through Luray just to eat Gennaro's....and I'll order extra for my 4 hour ride back home!
Waitress was really friendly. They were extremely busy so we thought this place would be good... We ordered the Gennaros specialty chips. The cheese was great but as we dug in deeper into our specialty appetizer there was a RAW chicken wing. I wish I would've taken a picture so this waa more believable but I quietly took the plate to the counter and told them we would not be eating there. The waitress was shocked and took the plate. We did not try to see what they would offer to fix the problem of a raw chicken wing on our plate. I understand being busy. I understand taking longer to get food out but this was completely unacceptable and if we get salmonella from our visit they will be hearing from us. Be weary of eating here. Customer beware.
