Playground I don't think has EVER been cleaned! They food is never hot, nor do you ever get the order the way you ask for it (even when paying extra) I have been cussed by a "manager" (because I wanted my food properly fixed) in front of a store full of people & this woman still works they (this has been about 6 months ago, I find it ridiculous she still has her job!!
It's only 9:30 and there were only 2 cars in front of me and I've been in the drive thru for 10 mins. Not what I call fast food
I honestly can't say much about the food because we were there due to a car accident and were not in condition to eat. This is a review of the staff. We recently had a car accident near the restaurant and we were stranded at the intersection for a couple hours. We were tourists from out of town. It was Sunday, small town, no car, no taxi, no car rental open. The staff took us in, gave us ice water, and checked on us every few minutes while we worked things out. One of the staff members offered to take us back to our motorhome after her shift was over if we had not found other transportation. If we ever get back to Luray VA again, I will be certain to stop back in and order a nice big meal! My thanks to all of you!
Ran out of a lot of things tired substituting after the fact. Confused.
Very friendly and attentive staff. Cheese toooo hot. Steak was just plain nasty. Portions good. Good value. Clean place. Freshly cooked food.
