A little hard to follow the information and logistics outlined on the website--perhaps an update might do them some good. Even on-site things are a bit disorganized, and handling the crowds seemed a bit tough for these folks. Would be understandable, if summer-crowds wasn't your business' bread and butter. Otherwise, the crew is friendly and the activities have been fun.
It's an amazing place to go kayaking but plan on advance so you have enough time to do plenty. They take you stop a place on a bus where you take your kayak in the river depending on how long is your tour.
The river is very scenic. The staff is friendly and helpful. I go tubing somewhere different every year and this is the best tubing experience within driving distance from DC.
