Pretty basic. Got a room with a bad lock in the bathroom door. Late evening the door jammed and had to shift. Luckily we got the adjacent one. Only one power outlet and that's right near the wash!!

Room is near the Luray Caverns which is good. However, some of the room's lights weren't working, the TV remote was missing, and door lock was broken. It's good for a place to sleep. Breakfast was cereal and bread. Stay there just to sleep.

Run down and really showing a lack of repair or upgradeding of rooms. Room dirty, Ac unit had black mold and looked like it had never been cleaned, card lock for door didn't work, it always took a manager with an actual key to let us in every time. No hot water, knob for shower broke off in my hand the first time we used it. Only 2 of the lights in the room worked. Front desk crew would say "What do you want me to do about it!" Every time we would point something out to them. Never going back

Cute hotel right next to the mountains. I have no idea why it is getting such low reviews! There is free breakfast, swimming pool (you can see the mountains from the pool) , and mini golf. The rooms were clean and there was always fresh towels every day. The staff was friendly and helped answers any questions we had. I found NO bed bugs. The amenities are outdated but honestly if you are on vacation, you should be outside of the hotel most of the time. Wifi could be slow sometimes but we are in the mountains.

Days Inn in Luray IS an older Motel.....it has been updated in prior years. The Hotel/Motel business is not an easy one, you can not please all people all the time, with that said.....the Days Inn is comfortable and quiet, with beautiful views. The staff is accommodating when they can be within their power... in providing good service. The "Continental Breakfast" is just that....."continental"; mini muffins(different flavors), mini bagels, instant oatmeal, cold cereal(two different kinds), milk, yogurt, fruit(usually apples) but whatever is in season at the time, coffee, tea (you can get regular or decaf), I feel that is pretty fair...especially when you can get a full breakfast at a sit down nearby restaurant or Dunkin Donuts, McDonalds, Taco Bell and the like. Now really, aren't you mostly there in little Luray to vacation?
