Tiny TV with poor reception and staticky sound. Weird decor with extremely dated everything except the newer bathroom. The wood arms on the two chairs were black with grimy dirt. I scrubbed off with hand soap and a washcloth. Dead bugs on carpet. Just creepy. Staff was friendly and let us check in early. I would not stay here again.

The staff were all very friendly and as helpful as possible. The location near Luray Caverns is very convenient. The bell tower across the road is a beautiful distraction in the evenings.

My wife and I stayed here Labor Day weekend, 2016 and had a fantastic stay. We opted for one of the little cottages and loved the privacy. The cottages are very small but for a couple on a little romantic weekend, they are perfect. Ours was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed.

We came into town at dark and weren't sure where to go. We really lucked out with this place - reasonable rate, super clean, awesome shower pressure, quiet and a nice view of a meadow where we saw wild turkeys. The next day we were happy to realize that Luray Caverns were only 1.5 miles away! The staff were very friendly too.

In short, I highly recommend staying here. The location is great and the price is too.

Me and the hubs stayed Friday and Saturday night for our anniversary. The ladies in the office were very nice and helpful and the room was VERY clean! They get 5 stars for cleanliness for sure! The reason for the 3 stars is it is an older hotel and some things could use some updating and apparently it's the time of year for huge spiders! Not in the room, but we got a room with a balcony and couldn't enjoy it for all the spiders at night. But overall, the room itself was just fine and very clean. I will say, $100 a night is a bit steep for what it is.

I called to make the reservation online. The lady I spoke to was friendly and helpful. Checkin was quick and easy. The rooms were clean and properly stocked. Lots of towels. Beds were a decent firmness and the pillows were fluffy. The pool was not yet open for the season but it was really too cool for that yet. We had a lovely view from our balcony. When I didn't want service the first day so I took our used towels to housekeeping and they happily have me new ones and other items I needed for the room. When we needed suggestions on a restaurant for dinner the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and recommended a few choices with details and directions. They don't offer continental breakfast but there are plenty of options within 1 mile of the motel. We will definitely be staying again in the future.
